As you see in the video below, I am not able to highlight the text and create tags under fn 363 in IC/0435/01.
Could you resolve the issue as a priority?

In this issue, the fn363 is divided in 2 parts. as per html, the first 2 line of fn363 you can highlight because the id is assigned. then the new paragraph is started and then after the remaining part of fn363 is there. for the remaining part of fn363 which started with 0004 line.
for second part the id is not assigned so my question is can we merge these second part with above 2 line of fn363 ?
If you can keep it as is (so the HTML is the same as the PDF text) and fix the issue, please do. Otherwise, you can merge the second part with the first two lines of fn363.

We have merge the 2nd part of fn363 text with main fn363 footnote on app.islg. Because technically we can not create same id for 2 times.
Please check and confirm.
