BIT/1357 is English Translation (excerpt) of Iraq-Kuwait BIT.
CDS is XML coding BIT/1357 as priority.
We need to have the XML ready and uploaded by Wednesday March 10th.
 
When it is back from XML, make BIT/0981 inactive, and change the applicable treaty for IC/0454 to BIT/1357.
 Notify Nafiseh when complete.
