As shown below, ISLG admin users are not able to download a usage report. I know we are close to the end of the current sprint, but if you can get this addressed tomorrow, it would be great. If not, please include it as a priority item in the next sprint.

This issue is resolved on app.islg. Please check and confirm. The issue was same as chart image downloading in excel and pdf file.

Martin Laporte, CTO at Tologix Martin , We did solution like if 3rd Party API doesn't give chart image url then will display blank in place of image in excel and pdf report so now we will not get this type of error again.

Marysia Raptis Marysia and Kishan Badri, Strategic Account Manager at Tologix Kishan : this issue is resolved. I tried to download University of Sussex usage report, and everything works fine.
