We are currently in discussions with a publisher about making their publications available on ISLG in the new application. As part of that process, they have provided us with a sample document:
The sample includes a PDF and XML version of the document. and

We have looked above attached XML document and found that this is totally different than Treaties & Arbitration XML documents.
We are Identifying the elements like Paragraph, Heading, footnotes in Treaties & Arbitration 's XML documents but this XML does not considering any elements like Treaties & Arbitration 's XML document.
We are not identifying that how to set rules to convert html. For example, Which section is heading, Which section is paragraph etc ..
Could you help us anyway to identify the elements ?
This isn't unexpected given that this document is coming from an outside source. However, I can go back to OUP and ask them to provide us with more information about the document. Could clarify exactly what type of information your need?

Actually, Morgan If you see the XML and compare with our existing XML then you will get to know that there are lots of tags are different in XML.
