Further to the video below, we need to create a new status that indicates to the admin user in the user management table that a user account has been activated but still requires the user to create their username and password. My suggestion is to create a new status that displays "active (pending)", which changes to "active" once the user creates a valid username and password for the account. It would also apply to the scenarios when the admin user manually resets the username/password for an account. Also, it should apply to both admin and front-end user accounts (including accounts created through the Group Manager tool).

We have added new status "Pending" for subscriber management page on dev.islg.
For Example, If admin submit the data by using "Active" status then it will display "Pending" status on subscriber management page and activation mail will be fired to user. After that, Once user will submit the username & password using activation link then status will be automatically changed by "Active".
Please note that we have also uploaded the same changes for administration users.

I'm not seeing "Pending" in Admin when I created my new account.

We have resolved the "Pending" status issue for front-end users. you can now able to see the status "Pending" on subscriber management page.
Please check and confirm.
