To make things clearer, I've separated all the to-do's relevant to the updated user account management system. When all these to-do's are ready on dev.islg (marked PENDING MIGRATION), we'll migrate everything to www.islg during the same window.

It looks like we're down to two remaining items in this to-do group:
Assuming we can get these to-do's wrapped up tomorrow, I'd like to schedule a migration from dev.islg to www.islg for all the to-do's in this group on Thursday. Anil Vaghela Anil and Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh , please let us know if there are issues with this plan. Also, I've segregated other maintenance items for a separate migration to www.islg on Friday. However, if it's easier to migrate everything at once on Thursday, that's fine.

Hello all,

I've completed my review of all the to-do's in this group, and I believe we're ready to release the new account management system to production. We still need to complete our final testing concerning the scheduled password expiration tool: Integrate new trial account request and password management system - PENDING MIGRATION - TOLOGIX - ISLG Maintenance, but we can resolve any issues that arise during the next migration window.

Anil Vaghela Anil and Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh , please proceed tomorrow (Thursday) with migrating all the to-do's in this group to www.islg.

We have found duplicate email id with active status in subscriber table on production database.

We have made list in following spread sheet.

Thank you, Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh . I've run some sanity tests for creating a new account, forgot username, and forgot password, and all worked well.

I still have to run through all the to-do's and confirm everything migrated successfully; however, things appear to be working well, and we've already received a few trial account requests under the new system.

Please prioritize speeding up the subscriber management pages, because the production site has slowed down tremendously, and it's interfering with our work.

Re the duplicate email issue. Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh , could you confirm whether duplicate emails will have any impacts beyond the forgot username or password functions? If not, I may request that we limit these restriction to accounts created through the trial account request form. There are number of groups where having the same email makes practical sense, regardless if we lose the forgot username or password functions. Please confirm, and I'll create a to-do that deals with this issue.
