Further to the first video below, we need to resolve the issue when an admin user is reactivating a user account that was previously active, and already has login credentials assigned to it. Currently, when the account is reactivated, the previous login credentials are valid again, while the user is also sent an automated email to activate the account with new login credentials. To resolve the conflict, let's change it so that the previous login credentials are no longer valid, and the user is forced to create new credentials through the activation email.
Further to the second video below, we need to deal with the issue that when you activate and active account, or edit an account and submit changes with the status set as "active", the system sends an automated email to the user to activate the account. This needs to be changed so that an automated email is not sent to the user when the status on the account has not changed, which will avoid the two scenarios above.
We have done two following changes on dev.islg.
Scanario - 1 : If user is already active and user have username & password,
Scenario - 2 :If admin will again reactivating the "Non-Active" user account,
Note: We have also done same changes for administration users and uploaded on dev.islg.
Please check and let us know the feedback.
