Not same password for password resets

Further to the video below, currently, when a user resets their password, they are allowed to use the same password that is already associated with the account. Please change this so that the password must be different from the existing password. Note that this shouldn't prevent the user from using the original password during subsequent password resets. We just need a change from one reset to another.

Also, if the user enters the same password in the password reset field, please ensure the following message is displayed (see screenshot below):

This is the same as your previous password. Please enter a new password.
