Further to the video below, we've realize that the new user account system creates a tracking problem, because we are not notified when the status of an account changes. In addition to the automated emails that are already being generated and sent to users, please create automated emails that are sent to subscriptions@investorstatelawguide.com every time the status of an account changes.
The copy of these emails should be as follows:
Note: if the account is not assigned to a group, "N/A" should appear in the group field.
The example is used in the copy for the emails is for the following account: https://www.investorstatelawguide.com/subscribers/AddUser?id=157&group=13&status=-1&city=0
We have sent the automated mail every time the status of an account changes. We are still developing this functionality for "Expired" status and will update you soon.
Except "Expired" status please check this functionality on dev.islg and let us know the feedback.
Thanks!
Ryan
I've run some tests, and further to the video below, a couple of issues:
Morgan
In addition to my comments above, I noticed that an automated email is sent to subscription@investorstatelawguide.com when the status changes to "archived". Please remove this. We don't want an automated email when the status changes to "archived".
Thanks,
Morgan
Following two issues have resolved on dev.islg.
Please check and confirm.
Thanks!
Ryan
Also, did we implement the notification email for accounts where the status changed to "Expired" as well?
Morgan
The automated emails for "Not Active", "Pending" and "Active" look good. I still have to further test "Expired".
Thanks,
Morgan
We have migrated this task with all four status (Active, Pending, Non Activce & Expired ) on www.islg. Please check and confirm.
