✔ Problems with trial account request form - PENDING MIGRATION

Further to the video below, two issues need to be resolved with the trial account request form:
  • Selecting ReCAPTHA is not required to submit the form
  • Form selects "Albania" by default. Nothing should be selected, and the user should be forced to open the menu and select a country.
